Description
Indications
For the relief of mild to moderate pain, particularly where inflammation is present. It is commonly used for:

Muscle aches, strains, and sprains

Joint pain and arthritis (including rheumatism)

Backache (lumbago)

Tension headache and migraine

Toothache and pain after dental procedures

Dysmenorrhea (menstrual cramps)

Dosage and Administration

Adults and Children 12 years and over:

Take 1 capsule every 6 hours as needed.

Maximum Daily Dose: Do not exceed 4 capsules in any 24-hour period unless directed by a physician.

Administration: Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water. To reduce the risk of stomach upset, it is highly recommended to take this medication after a meal or with milk. Use the smallest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary.
Adverse Reactions

Gastrointestinal: Nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, or constipation.

Central Nervous System: Dizziness, drowsiness, or headache.

Dermatological: Skin rashes, itching, or hives.

Auditory: Ringing in the ears (tinnitus).

Serious Reactions (Rare): Gastrointestinal bleeding, liver toxicity (due to paracetamol overdose), or severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis).
Important Safety Precautions

The “Paracetamol Trap”: Do not take this with any other products containing paracetamol or ibuprofen. Combining them increases the risk of severe liver damage (from paracetamol) and stomach/kidney issues (from ibuprofen).

Stomach Bleeding Warning: This product contains an NSAID (Ibuprofen), which may cause stomach bleeding. Risk is higher for those over 60, those with a history of stomach ulcers, or those who consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks daily.

Liver Health: Chronic or heavy alcohol use increases the risk of paracetamol-induced liver damage.

Cardiovascular Risk: Use with caution if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or a history of stroke.

Kidney/Liver Disease: Consult a doctor before use if you have impaired kidney or liver function.

Pregnancy: Consult a healthcare professional before use. Avoid use during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless directed by a doctor.
