Dosage and Administration
-
Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older): Take 1 tablet once daily.
-

-
With Food: While it can be taken on an empty stomach, taking it with or after a meal is recommended to improve the absorption of certain vitamins and to prevent potential stomach upset.
Adverse Reactions
Enervon Z Plus is generally very well-tolerated. However, some individuals may experience:
-
Gastrointestinal: Mild nausea, stomach cramps, or diarrhea (especially if taken on an empty stomach).
-
Urinary Changes: A harmless bright yellow coloration of the urine (due to Vitamin B2/Riboflavin).
-
Other: A temporary metallic taste in the mouth (associated with Zinc) or a flushing sensation.
Important Safety Precautions
-
Avoid Overdosage: Do not exceed the recommended dose of one tablet per day. Excessive intake of Zinc or certain vitamins over a long period can lead to toxicity or interfere with the absorption of other essential minerals like copper.
-
Drug Interactions: Zinc can interfere with the absorption of certain antibiotics (e.g., fluoroquinolones and tetracyclines). Take this supplement at least 2 hours before or after taking these medications.
-
Renal Health: Individuals with a history of kidney stones or chronic kidney disease should consult a physician before use, as high doses of Vitamin C may increase the risk of oxalate stones.
-
Storage: Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Keep the blister pack protected from direct light and moisture to ensure the stability of the film coating.
-
Pregnancy and Nursing: Consult a healthcare professional before use. While vitamins and minerals are essential during these periods, they must be taken in appropriate amounts.
