Indications
A multi-action formulation designed for the complete relief of symptoms associated with the common cold, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis, while providing immune support. It is indicated for:

Dosage and Administration

Adults and Children 12 years and over: * Take 1 tablet every 6 hours.

Maximum Daily Dose: Do not exceed 4 tablets in any 24-hour period.

Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. It can be taken with or without food. If you experience stomach upset, taking it after a meal is recommended.
Adverse Reactions

Central Nervous System: Drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, or restlessness (especially in children).

Gastrointestinal: Dry mouth, nose, and throat; nausea or stomach ache.

Cardiovascular: Occasional palpitations or increased blood pressure (due to the decongestant).

Zinc-related: A temporary metallic taste in the mouth.
Important Safety Precautions

Drowsiness Warning: This product contains an antihistamine that may cause significant drowsiness. Avoid driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing tasks that require mental alertness.

Alcohol Restriction: Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication, as it will increase the sedative effects.

Paracetamol Limit: Do not take this with other paracetamol-containing products. Overdose can cause severe liver damage.

Pre-existing Conditions: Consult a doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid problems, glaucoma, diabetes, or difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate.
